There’s something about cooking over an open fire that just tastes better.

We’ve designed a portable parrilla to make it easier to get the most out of your fire, whether you’re camping, having a backyard fire or just want to cook something a little differently.

The cooking plate can be adjusted up and down depending on how hot your fire or coals are, giving you the control to sear, cook or slow things down without having to fight the heat.

​

And when the cooking’s done, it packs down flat for easy transport and storage.

​

It’s simple, portable and built around what cooking over fire should be — good food, a bit of fire and hopefully a few cold drinks along the way.
